So. I haven’t been as much of a passionate hold steady fan lately as I’ve been in the past. I haven’t even seen them since January 2011 which seems…so long ago, given how frequently I used to go. I haven’t even logged onto the boards in at least a year. Maybe longer. I digress. I could say a lot about THS & my relationship with the band and its music, but for now, i’m just going to say:
I like this. A lot. a lot a lot a lot. It’s sad and melodic and feels older. I have this feeling that the upcoming album from them will be their last, and I’m all right with that. This feels full circle to me. Anyway! tldr!
